Who is DCC?

Established in Dubai in 1962, by the late Hasan Abdallah Yabroudi, DCC has grown from a trusted contracting company to a unique, full-service design firm whose curation and expertise deliver unparalleled design ingenuity. Our all-inclusive solutions, and expertise to pick from a network of world-class names in architecture and engineering, ensure that our clients' projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

What began as a modest family enterprise six decades ago has since evolved into a highly respected enterprise. There’s no limit to what DCC can achieve.

Al Maktoum Hospital Dubai

Male and female wards, maternity ward, and elevated concrete water storage tank.

Citi Bank Dubai

A modern bank building with pre-cast concrete panels as sun breakers to all elevations.

ADMA Offices

G+6 office development in Abu Dhabi accommodating 20 offices.

DPC Dedication Monument

This famous Dubai landmark was built for Dubai Petroleum Company in commemoration of their services in Dubai.

Hilton Hotel - Abu Dhabi

DCC carried out the RCC frame and masonary works. Hotel comprises 230 guest rooms and external recreational facilities.

Chicago Beach Hotel – Jumeirah

G+6 and 2 storey chalets totalling over 600 rooms including banquetting hall, restaurants, coffee shop, night club

In the center of Abu Dhabi, 18 storey commercial and residential building featuring precast concrete cladding panels, and comprising 54 apartments and a penthouse

Sama Tower

The twisting shape tower was originally proposed as a 75 storey building named Al Durrah Tower but it was scaled back to 51 stories due to concerns by Dubai Civil Aviation. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, it is a B+G+51 commercial and residential high-rise having a 10 storey carpark building

Located in Business Bay area, it is a B+G+45 Office Tower with a 2B+G+9 Carpark building
