DCC created this 3-storey office space – separated from Sheikh Zayed Road by a specially designed plaza.

The concept being a jewellery case, which you open to reveal its treasures.

Delivering a strong but elegant corporate image, this building contains carefully designed, prestigious and comfortable spaces to accommodate employees and visitors. These include an interior garden, lounges, meeting rooms and the showroom which mimics an art gallery.

The first level is dedicated to the workshop and sales, while the second hosts the company's lush executive offices.

The entire floor space is completely flexible to allow for layout changes to a modular set up.

An important feature is the exterior facades – made up of light-filtering metallic facets, reflecting sunlight and shielding the interior.
